What is your primary product/ and or service? We are a full service Restaurant and off site catering service.

What part of Missouri-Southern Illinois do you service? Our two restaurants are in Springfield MO. Our catering services are available in other communities such as Branson, Joplin, Boliver and Lebanon Missouri.

What are good referrals for you? Companies that provide meals for training sessions, retirement and holiday parties. Best Buy, Kohls, Tuthill and Springfield Workshop have been great customers for years.
Churches that provide meals for special events, weddings and funerals.
Sports teams looking to “Carb Up” prior to game day, end of the year banquets.

What is the best referral you have ever received as a result of your BNI chapter? We secured a new chapter of BNI in our banquet room we had just opened. The word got out and we now have 5 groups meeting each week.

What is the best referral you have given in BNI? A first time home buyer who utilized several members of the group to secure his home.

How long have you been a member of BNI? 3 years

What kind of positive changes have you seen in BNI/ and/or your chapter? BNI was one of the best kept secrets in Springfield a few years ago, now everyone wants to get aboard. Our chapter has been very selective with new members and that goes a long way when you have quality people on board.

What do you like best about BNI? It is all about business! Where can you get 35 salespeople for less than $500/year?

Has it been profitable to you and your company? It has been very good for the bottom line. Profits are great but building the customer base is what has really excited me.

Are there any hidden benefits you see above and beyond the closed business opportunity? Feedback - in my business if a guest is not happy they won’t come back and typically they will not tell you why. Being able to know if I have missed an opportunity with a guest is priceless.

What would you say to someone in your business considering either joining a chapter or starting a new chapter? If you are looking to increase your business and are willing to take the time to build relationships you cannot find a better source of referral business.
