With over 30 years working in sports medicine as a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer,  I help athletes supplement their nutrition so they can achieve peak performance.  Recently I helped an athlete in his 30's take 22 minutes off his marathon time.  I also helped a woman in her 60's with an auto-immune disease to decrease her pain, lose 55#, and join a gym.
