Scott T. Simon

Executive
Director of BNI Metropolitan St. Louis area since December
1994, Scott T. Simon is a native St. Louisan currently residing
in
Kirkwood, Missouri with his wife Teresa and daughter Tiffany.
He received a B.S. in Marketing / Business Management and
a M.B.A. in Finance from Central Missouri State University in
1974.
Following
graduation he went to work for General Foods Corporation,
Maxwell House Coffee Division where he became the top sales person
for their region in his first year.
In 1975 he returned to
the
St.
Louis area to enter the commercial real estate business
and became a partner in the firm of Lechner & Simon Inc. in 1978 specializing
in land transactions for companies such as McDonald’s,
Texaco, Red Roof Inns and many local area businesses where he “helped
turn one man’s dirt into another man’s dream”.
In 1994 he was introduced to and became a franchise owner of
BNI, The Business Network International for Missouri
and Southern Illinois. He is also a contributing author
to the best selling book Masters of Networking, Building Relationships
for Your Pocketbook and Soul.

Mike Tobin

 Mike is the Area Director for BNI Central and
Southern Missouri. His region goes as far south as the Arkansas/Oklahoma
border and as far north as the Iowa border. It currently consists
of (4) areas: Region 6 Area (St. Charles County/ North St. Louis
County); Mid-Missouri Area (Columbia/Hannibal area); East Central
Area (Franklin/Jefferson County); SW Missouri Area (Springfield,
Joplin, Lake of the Ozarks, Branson). Mike started off as a BNI
member in 1995 and has held (8) officer positions.
BNI Central and Southern Missouri started with approx (8) chapters
and has grown to over 34 chapters with 600+ members across the
state. Plans for growth include: Joplin, Missouri, SE Missouri
Area and further chapter development across all areas. He is
also the MSP trainer for Columbia, Washington ,and Springfield,
MO.
Mike lives in St. Charles County. He is married to Michelle,
and has a daughter, Dallas who is a sophomore at Francis Howell
Central. When not working, he enjoys fishing and camping, watching
Dallas play volleyball and doing things with the family.

John Suarez

 John joined BNI in 2000 as a commercial Realtor in Illinois.
After holding several leadership team positions, John became
an Assistant Director in 2001 starting with three Illinois chapters.
In 2004, John traded commercial real estate for a larger role
with BNI as an Area Director for an Illinois territory that has
expanded to f4 chapters and 300 members ranging from Waterloo
in the south to Alton in the north. In June 2005, John took over
Area Director responsibilities for 12 chapters in Missouri as
well.
As the Regional Training Director for BNI, John conducts
the Member Success Program (MSP) workshops in Illinois and
Missouri each month that reached more than 1,100 members in 2004.
He is
credited with expanding the tools for Leadership Teams and
Education Coordinators, and is currently working on several new
training
initiatives for BNI.
John lives in Belleville, Illinois with
Barbara and her two sons, Devin and Quenten. His daughter,
Alexia, lives
nearby and attends Wesclin High School. John has a bachelor’s
degree from McKendree College and a master’s degree from
Ball State University. In his spare time, John enjoys “hanging” with
the family, reading, music, movies, racquetball, and baseball.
